1. About Vaultline

Vaultline is an estate and legacy information and organisation business operating from 63 Tha Phae Road, Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand. We provide informational materials, organisational tools, documentation support, and educational talks to individuals who wish to bring more order to their personal records and family information.

Nothing on this website or within our services constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or any other regulated professional advice. We are not a law firm, financial advisory, healthcare provider, or any other regulated professional entity. Our work is limited to general education, information, document organisation assistance, and signposting to publicly available resources.

2. Use of This Website

This website is intended for informational purposes about Vaultline and its services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, introduce harmful code, or use automated tools to harvest content. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the site at our discretion.

3. Nature of Our Services

Vaultline offers three services, each described below in general terms. Full service descriptions are available on our Services page.

• Legacy Documentation Toolkit (฿3,850): A self-serve collection of templates and folder structures for organising personal records. Materials are provided for educational and organisational use only.
• Heirloom Cataloguing (฿6,300): Photography and descriptive documentation of personal objects and collections, for the purpose of preserving a family record. We make no valuations or representations regarding the value of items catalogued.
• Generational Planning Seminar (฿11,550): An informational talk covering general approaches to record organisation across generations and signposting to publicly available official resources. This is not a regulated planning or advisory service.

All services are delivered in English. Service scope, timing, and delivery method will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

4. No Professional Advice

Vaultline does not provide and is not authorised to provide legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Nothing communicated by Vaultline — in writing, verbally, or through any materials — should be construed as such advice.

We strongly encourage clients to consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals for any matters requiring professional judgement in regulated fields. Vaultline may signpost to publicly available resources or directories as a general courtesy; such signposting does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

5. Service Engagement and Payment

Service engagements are confirmed once both parties have agreed on scope in writing and payment has been received. Prices are as listed on our Services page and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at time of booking applies to that engagement.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We will not commence service delivery until payment arrangements have been confirmed. Receipts are issued upon request.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work already undertaken at the time of cancellation. We aim to handle all such requests fairly and with goodwill.

• Cancellations made before service commencement: typically eligible for a full refund, less any administrative costs incurred.
• Cancellations after service has commenced: a partial refund may be offered reflecting the proportion of service not yet delivered.
• Completed services: refunds are not ordinarily offered once delivery is complete and materials have been provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layout, and template materials — is the property of Vaultline or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Template materials provided as part of the Legacy Documentation Toolkit are licensed to the purchasing client for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written permission from Vaultline.

Photographs and documentation produced during Heirloom Cataloguing engagements are provided to the client for their personal use. Vaultline retains copyright in the photographic work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information relevant to the service scope.
• Ensuring that items presented for cataloguing are lawfully owned or in the client's care.
• Using materials and information provided by Vaultline in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
• Keeping their login credentials or access details for any client portal secure, if applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vaultline provides its services and materials with reasonable care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Vaultline excludes liability for:

• Any decisions made by clients on the basis of information or materials provided by Vaultline.
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on our materials as a substitute for regulated professional advice.
• Loss of data, documents, or items not caused by our direct negligence.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a specific service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for that engagement.

10. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website and seminar materials may reference or link to third-party websites and official public resources. These links are provided for general informational purposes. Vaultline does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or accuracy of any third-party site, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of those resources.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review both documents to understand how we handle your personal data and use of cookies.
